What AGE GROUP is OKIDO for?

Okido is designed for children aged 3-7, but you can sit down and read it or do the activities with even younger children...

WHEN will the next OKIDO come out?

The current issue (11) is out on the 15th of January 2010.

The next issue (12) is due out on the 15th of April 2010.

I don't have a PAYPAL account, how can I subscribe?

You can pay with a credit card even without a Paypal account.

I don't want to pay on line- how can I subscribe?

If you don't want to pay online you can send the name and address of the child you wish to subscribe for, along with a cheque made payable to OKIDO, to:

Can I order OKIDO on the telephone?

No, we currently cannot take payment over the phone, but you can send the name and address of the child you wish to subscribe for, along with a cheque made out to OKIDO, to:

How can I order a subscription to go to a different address from my own?

Just fill out the order form with the name and address you want OKIDO to go to. (In the first delivery information box). You will be ask to enter your own address only during payment.

Can I buy any of the OKIDO back issues?

A pack of six OKIDO back issues are available from the online OKIDO shop, priced at £18. You can buy single issue of Okido from the subscription section and choose which issue from the drop down menu. In the shop, you can use your credit or debit card to pay, as well as PAYPAL. And like all other orders, you can also tell us exactly what you want by post, sending your name, address, order details, and cheque made out to OKIDO, to:

What if I want to buy the pack of OKIDO back issues AND a subscription?

You need to buy the OKIDO back issues from the online shop (where you have the option to pay with a debit/credit card, as well as PAYPAL) and then order your OKIDO subscription form the OKIDO SUBSCRIPTION section. The whole order can be sent off by post, with your name and address, the recipient's name and address, and a cheque for the total amount made payable to OKIDO, to:

What if I want to renew a current subscription?

At the moment, you need to submit all your child's details again.

How do I order multiple subscriptions to different addresses?

You can either do multiple orders and enter different delivery information every time or do one big order under one address (either yours or one of the recipients), and then to email us all the other names and addresses. subscription@okido.co.uk. If you are doing a multiple order by post, remember to give us YOUR address and details, as well as all the recipients.

Can I get OKIDO to arrive on a certain day?

Yes! Just let us know the day you want it to arrive on in good time either by email or post.

Can I send a special message with the first OKIDO?

Yes! Just let us know what it is by either email sophie@okido.co.uk or post.
